I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more…try it definitely, also many useful information there

im 5ft 2in and i put in my stuff… here it goes, 5ft 2in. im 12 and i weigh 45lbs and im a girl… it says im underweight… thats weird right? i think it did it wrong…

Calories don’t matter. It’s WHAT your eating, not how much. BMI is a terrible indication for the individual (97% of the NFL is considered to be overweight according to BMI).

Yea are the like Fiber Plus and special K good. I like them and I have them in my purse all the time. I eat that when I want Fast food. SO its good there, but I would like the healthier choice.
