    I agree with this speaker 100%… I decided to improve my diet at the beginning of 2009. I read the book “Eat to Live” by Joel Fuhrman and have lost 50 pounds and my blood pressure as gone below 120/80 and my cholesterol is in the good range… You only go through life once. Why not do what you HAVE to do to increase your longevity????

    True and meat causes dna mutation in humans. Even high protein contributes to cancer promotion, all stages of cancer.

    False. That’s a slippery slope fallacy. Humans can also continue to smoke and it won’t wipe out the species. Cancer is a degenerative disease that usually kills people after reproductive age, nonetheless, humans can’t digest meat.

    Regardless, I can guess at what you are complaining about. u are expressing concern that meat wasn’t the ‘natural choice of our ancestors’

    Meat is biochemically incompatible for ALL extant hominoidea, digesting fruit best with opposing digestive processes. Meat causes diseases that are reversed with fruit intake. u may ‘choose’ to consume meat but it isn’t genetic instruction for humans.

    I’m french, always ate in a normal way.. I went to the US for a year and gained 7kg in 12 months even though I didn’t particularly “stuff my face”.. I came to realize that the problem isn’t that much about the quantity of food you eat (mind you, it counts too), but the quality of the food you eat ..

    well said. i agree with you 200 % !!!!! I’m especially concerned about genetically engineered animals and fruits. even seeds are genetically engineered these days. so when ure fruit and veggie is looking sooo large and bright in colour and spotless..we need to think again. those stuff don’t contain most of the nutrition that they’re supposed to contain. we really need to be careful.

Many of you seem to believe in conspiracy theories for example about vaccines, and also making claims about the fantastic resultant of your treatments you can’t live up to.     I would like to know how exaclty eating cacao permits to lose weigh I would like to try it myself becasue i have a bit of overweight and I do not have time to go jogg all the time due to the hectic lifestyle that most fo us live in this Western culture.
