The excersises I understand but what do I eat? Like what is the perfect dieet? Not too strict cuz im not fat I just want a tight body(hopefully even a 6-pack). I try to do excersises but I dont eat healthy enough to lose max weight I think, so please does any1 know a good dieet? I am 17, my length is 1,89M en I weigh 81KG
I like it. I might not recommend too much weight with jump squats, because you might get hurt with that.

i just finished the first one out of the 3 that im doing… it doesnt seem like it would be hard… im using 15 lb weight only and this is killer… its getting sweat all over my floor. and plus its summer so its hot
