Eat sensibly and exercise. Burn more calories than you eat…Why does everyone want THE miracle Diet. There is NONE…Just be smart…
If your heavier weight watchers works really well, but if you’re pretty fit alreay, you’ll wind up frustrated and hungry. If not, diet and exercise it’s slow but it sticks.
Cut out soda, fried foods, and sugary foods. Eat more fiber and drink 8 glasses of water, which will help fill you up and help your metabolism. Get 30 minutes of exercise per day, the more aerobic, the better. Keep a diary of daily food intake. And finally, try to enlist a friend to do the diet with you, it makes it easier to stick to it if both people have to be accountable to each other.
Weight Watchers is the best and they will even recommend exercise plans too…it is healthy. Something that is very important is to drink ALOT of water! 8 8oz per day is good…straight from weight watchers plus it has other benefits besides helping you to lose weight, it fills you up, helps your skin to be healthy.
Just walk everyday. Find the time to walk. Even if it’s for 15 minutes. Do it at night when it’s cooler. Eventually get yourself to jog on the way. Jog a block, walk a block, until you can jog the whole way. I live in a small town and I can run a long distance now. Just pace yourself. Hard part is having the will power to go.
You can also just buy a swimming pool. I purchased a pool. It’s a 18 by 4ft. It’s big enough to do swimming in it. It exercises every muscle in your body. Your exercises but not realizing it, and having fun while your doing it. Just be careful not to get sunburned.
As for the eating it takes alot of will power to stay away from foods you love that you need to stay away from. Like candy. Wing yourself from it. At work if you eat a candy on your lunch break everyday cut back. Go for every other day and then eventually to one a week. Same with soda. Wing yourself slowly. YOU CAN DO IT. Just think about why your doing it. At dinner time don’t go for seconds. When your tummy says your full..STOP. Most people don’t want to waste what’s left and feel the need to eat it.
For some people it may help to hang a picture of yourself on the fridge and if your overwieght you’ll remember to back away at those midnight snacks.

Well cut back on the calories at 500. If you do that then you can loose 2 lbs a week (w/ excercise). Stay movitated and determined. And drink alot of water.
A better goal would be 1 – 2 pounds per week, which would take 10 – 20 weeks to lose 20 pounds. I don’t mean to be discouraging, but having a realistic goal will help in the long run.
